Data is collected through: user registration forms, learning management system interactions, and automated session tracking.
Purpose (الغرض)
Data is used for: identity verification, progress tracking, certificate issuance, regulatory reporting to TVTC, and academic integrity enforcement.
Data Storage (تخزين البيانات)
Data is stored securely on the institution's servers with appropriate encryption and access controls.
Data Retention (الاحتفاظ بالبيانات)
Training records are retained for the duration required by TVTC regulations. Personal data is disposed of securely when no longer required.
User Rights (حقوق المستخدم)
Users have the right to: access their personal data, request corrections, and inquire about data usage. Contact the institution administration for data-related requests.
