Appointment Booking

In this model, the user can view the patient's appointments in a list format. Here, the appointment is scheduled with various criteria such as the appointment date, the dentist's name, the room, and the patient's status, such as "comes with an appointment" or "walk-in," and the status, including "seated," "confirmed," "sent SMS," "completed," etc.

Create a Medical Questionnaire  

This form allows the user to fill in medical questionnaire answers by asking the patient, and it can be updated in the future.

Medical Alerts

Whenever the user opens the patient form, the system surfaces a medical alert notification.

Data Chart

The doctor will select the surface of the teeth and then specify the procedure. After choosing the procedure, the system will add the procedure name along with other details such as the description, teeth, surface, status, dentist's name, amount, and work to the list. When the doctor clicks the "Complete" button, the invoice for this patient will be generated automatically.

Surgeries

Regardless of the treatment applied to the patient's teeth, it will be listed here. The doctor can view the patient's complete history in the operations list

Pictures

Here, the doctor/receptionist will upload the patient's X-ray images. When needed, the doctor can open them with the zoom in/out option

Patient Complaints

This feature allows the user to register a patient's complaint in the system. When the user records any complaint, it will be reflected in the specific patient form. Here, using the patient complaints form, we can track the complaints and take appropriate actions accordingly.

Patient's Birthdate Alerts

Here, the birthdate of each registered patient will appear (according to the system date) through a customized scheduling in the system. This scheduler runs daily at a specified time and checks the birthdate of each patient. If the system date matches the patient's birthdate, it will be listed in the birthdate alert form. 

Patient Visit Alerts

Scheduled visits (e.g., a dental cleaning should be done every 3 months). If the person does not visit for more than 3 months, the patient's name will appear in the planned visit alert list.

Patient-specific reports

This is the report option, where the user can generate reports. The user needs to specify the time range here and simply click on the "Print Report" button.
